Why isn't it letting me log into my online banking? ›

Ensure you're on the bank's official website, with a secure connection. Check your bank's service status to see if the issue is on its end. Check your login credentials and reset them if you're unsure. Update your browser to benefit from the latest security patches.

Not only can you view your balances and transfer funds between your Westamerica accounts, you can enroll in eStatements, order copies of cleared checks, request stop payments, order new checks, or send a secure e-mail to a Customer Service Representative.

Know Your Account Balance

You can access your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Automated Telephone Banking system. You can check your balances and transfer funds between accounts at no charge. Simply call our Customer Service Department at (800) 848-1088 to use our automated system.

As a member of the FDIC, your deposits have the maximum insurance available.

To check your account balance, log in to your bank's online banking website using your username and password. Once you're logged in, navigate to the account balance section. It should be listed under “accounts” or “account information.”

If you have accounts at different FDIC-insured banks, the limit applies at each bank: $250,000 per depositor for each account ownership category.

Use a UPI app: Apps like Google Pay and Paytm allow you to check your account balance by linking your bank account. Simply open the app and navigate to the account section. Visit an ATM: Insert your debit card into an ATM, enter your PIN, and select the balance inquiry option to view your account balance.

Simply Dial *901*00# on your Access Bank registered phone number. Authenticate using a four (4) digit security code (You can create a security code using the Menu option). Your account balance is immediately generated after this has been provided.

How do I check my balance? After login into Mobile Banking application, go to 'My Accounts' menu. Your available Balance will be shown along with your account details.

Balance Information: ATMs or the receipts/record, if any, may show the balance Funds when the Card is used at such ATM. The Cardholder may also get information regarding the balance available Funds, by calling up I&M Bank Call center.
