Employee Brad: I needed a pilot in operating the fax machine because time was not of the essence. I urgently needed to fax over 50 pages of Legal Documents and the clock was ticking. I never asked for help in operating the fax machine. I just deeply appreciated how Brad offered if I needed help. Actually, I was nearly desperate for help and trying to remain calm. I really appreciated how Brad’s calm and professional demeanor was towards me as well as helping his other customers.Thanks to Brad the recipient received the documents just in time.

Myself-72 yrs & my 74 yr old pal went to make binder note copies & the extremely courteous, patient staff took time to explain the new technology & run examples for us to understand how to use the printer.It took over 5 tries due to the unusual note paper size & the staff had to utilize "Back Paper" to get our smaller pages on 8×10. I made the 2 staff members smile as I said, "this is an event story for you to share how you helped bring almost centurians into the digital age😊." I had the pleasure of working with Ninous. He assisted me with printing some non-standard pictures (16x16). He was patient, responsive, and easy to work with. He followed up with me constantly, showed me examples, and was overall great to work with. I had a very positive experience working with him. I will definitely go back just to work with him again.

The team members in this location are very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. I always love coming here with a smile especially from Ninous. I came here regularly and he’s the one that is very warm welcoming in terms of helping and scanning the packages. He’s the best best best, most friendly. Although he is scary at first, like an onion, he peels up his sweet charming personality. I love coming to FedEx in this location. The whole team is phenomenal and they deserve the best for their hard work .
